Street Events Affecting WAMM

Water line project continues

Work on the water line project continues in our WAMM area and across Greater Montrose. The project is on schedule to be completed in 2026. Streets and sidewalks that have been refilled with asphalt and landscaping that has been disturbed will be restored after all water lines are connected for the entire project. WAMM and Greater Montrose planned asphalt overlay projects

There are asphalt overlay projects scheduled after the water line project above is completed. The overlays cover much of the Greater Montrose neighborhood, as seen in the three maps below. The first map is WAMM, the second map is west of WAMM to Shepherd, and the third map is the area north of Westheimer.
